Welcome to Dewen. Before you register, log in, or use Dewen, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, in particular the provisions concerning AI-generated content, the boundaries of traditional-culture and divination-type services, protection of minors, user conduct rules, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
If you click to agree, register, log in, or continue to use Dewen, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop registering, logging in, or using Dewen.
This Agreement is provided by 四川得闻至道文化科技有限公司 (English name for reference only: Sichuan Dewen Zhidao Culture Technology Co., Ltd.; the Chinese name is the authoritative legal entity name) and applies to the Dewen App, Mini Program, website, and other related services provided by Dewen. The specific rules relating to the processing of personal information, paid services, and referral campaigns are governed respectively by the Dewen Privacy Policy, the Paid Services Agreement (《付费服务协议》), the Referral Campaign Rules (《邀请活动规则》), and the relevant pages as displayed. These English document titles are reference translations of the corresponding Chinese titles.
1. Service Content
1.1 Dewen is a dialogue and content-generation service based on generative artificial intelligence technology. It primarily provides AI chat companionship, Q&A related to traditional culture and I Ching (Yijing) studies, divination assistance, content generation, report generation and sharing, management of profiles for yourself and related persons, paid value-added services, campaign services, and other functions. The specific functions are subject to what the product actually displays.
1.2 Dewen services include content automatically generated by AI. AI-generated content may be affected by factors such as model capabilities, input information, completeness of materials, contextual understanding, and technical limitations, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, untimely, or inconsistent with your expectations.
1.3 The content in Dewen relating to traditional culture, I Ching studies, divination, and interpretation is in the nature of knowledge interpretation, entertainment reference, and companionship communication. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological-counseling, career-planning, marriage-and-relationship-decision, or other professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for your major decisions.
1.4 Dewen has the right to adjust the service content, service form, function entry points, and usage restrictions based on product operations, technical upgrades, compliance requirements, or business arrangements, and to notify you through page prompts, in-app notifications, or other reasonable means.
2. Account Registration and Use
2.1 You may register and log in to an account via mobile-number verification code, third-party authorization, or other methods supported by Dewen. You shall ensure that the information you submit is true, accurate, lawful, and valid.
2.2 The account is for your personal use only. Without Dewen's written consent, you shall not transfer, lease, lend, sell, share, or otherwise provide the account to others for use.
2.3 You shall properly safeguard your account, verification codes, login credentials, and device security. Losses and liabilities arising from your improper safekeeping, active disclosure, or use of the account by others shall be borne by you, except where caused by reasons attributable to Dewen.
2.4 If Dewen discovers that an account presents risks such as abnormal login, non-compliant use, bulk registration, malicious arbitrage, attacking the system, or circumventing risk controls, it has the right to take measures in accordance with law, such as verifying identity, restricting functions, suspending services, and banning the account.
3. Use by Minors
3.1 Dewen is primarily intended for use by adults. A minor who is at least 14 years old but under 18 years old shall use Dewen with the accompaniment and consent of their guardian.
3.2 A child under 14 years of age shall not register or use Dewen on their own. An adult parent or other adult guardian who has completed the corresponding consent in accordance with the Children's Personal Information Protection Rules (《儿童个人信息保护规则》; reference translation of the Chinese title) may create a child's profile on the child's behalf and use the divination and report services that are permitted to involve children; this does not mean that the child personally may use the account.
3.3 Guardians shall reasonably guide minors in using Dewen and avoid minors becoming overly reliant on AI-generated content, divination results, or other reference conclusions.
3.4 A 合盘 (paired-chart reading) for romantic-relationship compatibility does not accept any combination in which either party is under 14 years of age, and guardian consent cannot lift this restriction. Other services permitted to involve children require the consent of the corresponding child's guardian.
4. Personal and Related-Person Information
4.1 In order to provide services such as divination assistance, report generation, and Q&A assistance, you may need to fill in the necessary information about yourself or related persons. The rules for processing the relevant personal information are governed by the Dewen Privacy Policy.
4.2 When you fill in information, submit images, generate reports, or conduct Q&A for others, you shall ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization from the relevant persons for the specific purpose; where a child under 14 years of age is involved, you shall obtain the consent of the corresponding guardian and comply with Article 3 of this Agreement and the Children's Personal Information Protection Rules. A relationship as relatives or friends, or an employment relationship, does not itself substitute for authorization.
4.3 You shall not impersonate others' identities, submit others' sensitive information without authorization, or use Dewen to generate or disseminate content that infringes others' rights and interests in privacy, reputation, portrait, or personal information.
4.4 Where the relevant services need to process photos or other sensitive personal information, the purpose, necessity, and possible impact shall be clearly stated in advance, and the separate consent required by law shall be obtained. General profile authorization does not automatically cover newly added photos and their analysis purposes; the processing of a child's photos requires the dedicated consent of the corresponding guardian. 5. AI-Generated Content and Boundaries of Use
5.1 The text, images, reports, divination results, conversation suggestions, and the like output by Dewen may all be generated or assisted in generation by AI, and are for reference only.
5.2 You understand and agree that AI output does not guarantee that it is truthful, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and does not represent a definite commitment made by Dewen or the relevant teacher or partner.
5.3 For matters that may have a significant impact on you or others, including but not limited to medical health, psychological crisis, legal disputes, financial investment, insurance, further education and employment, marriage and family, major transactions, and personal safety, you should consult a qualified professional and should not rely solely on the content output by Dewen.
5.4 Dewen will, in accordance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, apply the necessary labeling to AI-generated content. When you copy, download, export, forward, publish, or share the relevant content, you shall not maliciously delete, tamper with, forge, or conceal the AI-generation label, nor shall you mislead others into believing that AI-generated content is entirely original work by a real person or has a definite factual basis.
6. User Input and Content Rights
6.1 The content you input, upload, submit, or generate in Dewen—including text, voice, images, files, personal information, others' information, questions, feedback, and reports—shall be ensured by you to be of lawful origin, truthful in content, or fully authorized.
6.2 You retain the relevant rights to the user content in which you lawfully hold rights. In order to provide services to you, generate reports, save history records, display results, synchronize devices, handle complaints, carry out security risk control, and perform legal obligations, Dewen needs to process your user content within the necessary scope. The rules for processing the personal information involved are governed by the Dewen Privacy Policy.
6.3 By registering and accepting this Agreement, you agree that Dewen may, within the necessary scope, use your conversations, images, reports, or personal information for model training or model performance optimization; this processing is enabled by default, and you may turn it off in the settings at any time, or withdraw the consent you have given, without affecting services that do not rely on such consent. Account authorization does not cover others' independent rights, and children's personal information is not used for model training or model performance optimization. The specific rules are governed by the Dewen Privacy Policy.
6.4 The AI output content you obtain through Dewen may, to the extent permitted by law, be saved, shared, or used by you on your own, but you shall judge its legality, accuracy, and applicability on your own, and comply with this Agreement, laws and regulations, and third-party platform rules.
7. Report Sharing and Public Access
7.1 Dewen may provide functions such as report sharing, link copying, downloading, or exporting. When you proactively share a report or related content, you should understand that the shared link or file may be viewed, forwarded, saved, or re-disseminated by others.
7.2 Dewen may apply necessary de-identification to shared content, but de-identification does not mean that the risk of being identified or inferred is completely eliminated. You should be cautious when sharing information involving yourself, others, or other third parties. Where public disclosure of personal information is involved, the separate consent of the information subject shall be obtained in accordance with law; a child's information requires the separate consent of the corresponding guardian, and profile-creation or analysis authorization cannot substitute for public-disclosure authorization.
7.3 If Dewen provides a function to withdraw, delete, or invalidate a shared link, you may operate it according to the page prompts; however, for content that has already been saved, screenshotted, forwarded, or disseminated by others, Dewen cannot guarantee complete deletion.
8. Paid Services
8.1 Dewen may provide membership subscriptions, top-up and redemption of virtual benefits, reports, content downloads, and other value-added services. The specific prices, benefits, validity periods, refund rules, invoice rules, automatic-renewal rules, and the like shall be clearly stated before purchase, redemption, or consumption, and are governed by the Paid Services Agreement and the transaction plan you confirm.
8.2 Before payment, you should carefully confirm information such as the product name, price, benefits, validity period, and refund rules. By clicking to pay, you confirm your purchase of the corresponding product or service.
8.3 Where Dewen provides an automatic-renewal service, it shall give you a prominent notice before activation and provide a means of cancellation; the automatic-renewal rules are governed by the Paid Services Agreement and the payment page as displayed. If a page expressly states "no automatic renewal," then that service will not be automatically charged after it expires.
9. Referral Campaigns
9.1 Dewen may provide campaign services such as invitations, rewards, rebates, and campaign tasks. The specific reward rules, settlement conditions, exception handling, prohibition of self-invitation, and campaign adjustment or termination are governed by the Referral Campaign Rules and the campaign page as displayed.
9.2 You shall not obtain improper benefits through means such as false registration, bulk registration, device cheating, self-invitation arbitrage, malicious volume-inflation, or attacking the system. Dewen has the right to cancel non-compliant rewards, restrict campaign eligibility, or take necessary risk-control measures.
10. User Conduct Rules
When using Dewen, you shall not engage in the following conduct:
10.1 Conduct that violates laws and regulations, regulatory provisions, public order and good morals, or the Socialist Core Values.
10.2 Generating, uploading, publishing, or disseminating content that is unlawful or non-compliant, infringing, violent, pornographic, gambling-related, fraudulent, rumor-spreading, hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or terrorist, or that induces self-harm or suicide, and the like.
10.3 Infringing others' personal information, privacy, reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, or other lawful rights and interests.
10.4 Submitting others' information without authorization, impersonating others' identities, or inducing others to disclose sensitive information.
10.5 Using Dewen for high-risk automated decision-making such as in medical care, law, investment, credit, insurance, recruitment, and education admissions.
10.6 Attacking, scraping, reverse-engineering, cracking, bypassing restrictions on, bulk-calling, stress-testing, or otherwise affecting the security and stability of the Dewen system, models, interfaces, data, or risk-control rules.
10.7 Deleting, tampering with, or hiding AI-generated content labels, or passing off AI-generated content as definite facts, real-person opinions, or professional conclusions.
10.8 Other conduct that harms Dewen, other users, partners, or the public interest.
11. Content Management and Service Measures
11.1 Dewen has the right to conduct security review, risk identification, and necessary handling of users' input, output, sharing, publishing, or use conduct in accordance with law.
11.2 If you violate this Agreement, laws and regulations, or platform rules, Dewen has the right, depending on the circumstances, to take measures such as prompting for rectification, restricting functions, deleting or blocking content, suspending generation, restricting sharing, freezing benefits, and suspending or terminating the account.
11.3 If you believe that the relevant handling is erroneous, or discover problems such as violations of laws and regulations, infringement, or personal information leakage, you may provide feedback to Dewen through the contact information set out in this Agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 As for the software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, model capabilities, technical solutions, copy, materials, databases, and the like in the Dewen service—except for content that lawfully belongs to users or third parties—the relevant intellectual property rights belong to Dewen or the lawful rights holders.
12.2 Without the written permission of Dewen or the relevant rights holder, you shall not copy, adapt, disseminate, lease, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape, train on, mirror, or otherwise use the protected content in the Dewen service.
12.3 For user content in which you lawfully hold rights, you retain the relevant rights; but you shall ensure that it does not infringe others' lawful rights and interests.
13. Privacy and Personal Information Protection
13.1 Dewen attaches importance to personal information protection. Regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, entrusted processing, and permission invocation of personal information, and the exercise of user rights, please read the Dewen Privacy Policy.
13.2 The processing of personal information after you withdraw authorization, delete information, or deregister your account is governed by the Dewen Privacy Policy and the page prompts.
14. Third-Party Services
14.1 Dewen may, as required by the service, integrate third-party services such as login, payment, message delivery, storage, content security, model capabilities, and statistical analysis. Third-party services may have their own user agreements, privacy policies, or service rules.
14.2 For problems such as login, payment, message delivery, network access, and content display caused by third-party services, Dewen will assist in handling them, but shall not bear liability beyond that provided by law for losses caused by reasons not attributable to Dewen.
15. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination
15.1 Dewen may, due to reasons such as system maintenance, function upgrades, server failures, network failures, third-party service anomalies, force majeure, and regulatory requirements, experience service changes, interruption, or termination.
15.2 Dewen will make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity, but does not promise that the service will be perpetually available, error-free, or completely meet your expectations.
15.3 If you no longer use Dewen, you may apply to deregister your account via the path provided by the product. Data processing after account deregistration is governed by the Dewen Privacy Policy.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Dewen bears corresponding liability in accordance with law, but for losses caused by reasons such as your violation of this Agreement, misunderstanding of AI output, unauthorized sharing of others' information, making major decisions based on reference content, third-party service anomalies, and force majeure, Dewen shall not be liable to the extent permitted by law.
16.2 Dewen does not provide an absolute guarantee as to the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, applicability, or non-infringement of AI output content.
16.3 For paid services, Dewen bears corresponding liability in accordance with law and as displayed in the Paid Services Agreement and on the payment page.
17. Updates to this Agreement
17.1 Dewen may update this Agreement based on laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, product changes, or operational needs.
17.2 If the Agreement undergoes material changes, Dewen will notify you through page prompts, in-app notifications, or other reasonable means. Where re-obtaining consent is required by law, Dewen will separately obtain your consent. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you may stop using the relevant services and exercise the corresponding rights in accordance with law; continued use cannot substitute for the explicit consent required by law, nor does it retroactively impair the rights and interests of transactions already concluded.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1 The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China.
18.2 For disputes arising from this Agreement or the Dewen service, the parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the People's Court with jurisdiction at the defendant's domicile or the place of performance of the contract.
